delivery
Delivery takes 2 to 3 weeks from purchase. If the items are available earlier, we can deliver them sooner. This is maximum timeframe.
Delivery charges are different for every country as it depends on the delivery location and weight of the package.
Returns & Exchanges:
because each custom-made piece is crafted exclusively for you, these orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

Fabric Availability:
If the fabric you ordered is unavailable, we will offer alternative fabric options, allow you to select a different design, or process a full refund.
Returns & Exchanges:
Pre-order products are not eligible for return or exchange. If you encounter any defects or issues with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, and we will promptly address the problem.
Alterations:
- Requests for alterations must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
- One free alteration is allowed per order; any further alterations will be subject to an additional fee.

How to Report an Issue:
To report an issue, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp with a detailed description of your concern.
