Delivery takes 10 to 15 days from purchase. If the items are available earlier, we can deliver them sooner. This is maximum timeframe.

Delivery charges are different for every country as it depends on the delivery location and weight of the package.

Returns & Exchanges:

because each custom-made piece is crafted exclusively for you, these orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

 

How to Report an Issue:
To report an issue, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp with a detailed description of your concern.
